Q: How can I book a service?
A: You can contact us to book a service any time of day by using email, live support or telephone + 90 532 139 67 92

Q: How can I make payment?
A: You can make payment to driver when you arrive to your hotel. Also you can pay with Paypal or C.card, please contact us for theese options.

Q: How long will the driver wait for us to clear customs?
A: The driver will normally wait for 60 minutes after the arrival time of the flight.

Q: How do we find the driver after our flight arrival?
A: Our drivers will meet their you at the front of custom exit with a sigbnoard with your name written on it, unless other arrangements were made.

Q: What will we do if we can not find our driver?
A: The airport can be VERY crowded at times, therefore if you cannot see your driver please call, on + 90 543 275 25 35 (Whatsapp & Viber)

Q: What happens if the flight is delayed?
A: All flight arrival times are checked with the airline. Should you arrive early or late (no matter how late!) there will still be a driver to meet you at no extra charge.

Q: What happens if I need to make a cancellation or amendment?
A: You can make any cancellation or amendment without costs by calling or emailing us 8 hours before your flight.
